Products, prices and availability may change without notice.

We may limit quantities, reject an order or cancel an order when necessary because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund.

E-Moto Fitment

Aftermarket e-moto parts can vary by manufacturer, model, model year, production revision and existing modifications.

Customers are responsible for confirming the bike’s exact model, year and configuration before ordering. Contact us before purchase if fitment is uncertain.

Fitment labels are intended to help customers shop, but the complete product description and selected variant must also be reviewed.

Installation and Safe Use

E-moto parts can affect braking, steering, suspension, electrical systems, handling and rider safety.

Products must be installed, inspected and maintained correctly. Professional installation by a qualified motorcycle or e-moto technician is strongly recommended for safety-critical, electrical or structural components.

Before riding, verify that all components are secure, correctly adjusted and operating safely.

The customer is responsible for:

• Following product and manufacturer instructions

• Using appropriate tools and safety equipment

• Inspecting the bike after installation

• Confirming that modifications comply with applicable laws

• Operating the bike safely and lawfully

Do not use a product that appears damaged, defective or incompatible.

Street Legality

Some products may be intended for competition, off-road, private-property or recreational use and may not be legal for use on public roads in every jurisdiction.

Axiom E Motos does not guarantee that any modification is street legal in the customer’s location. The customer is responsible for checking local laws, registration requirements, insurance rules and equipment regulations.

Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties and other applicable charges may be added during checkout.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. Shopify and third-party payment providers may process payment and fraud-prevention information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

These policies are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Warranties

Any written manufacturer warranty or product-specific warranty disclosed on the product page remains subject to its stated terms.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Axiom E Motos does not provide an additional warranty beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, crashes, modification, improper maintenance or normal wear is not a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property

The website’s original branding, graphics, layout, photographs, product descriptions and other content are owned by or licensed to Axiom E Motos.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit that content without written permission.

Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to bike brands or models describe compatibility and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit photographs, reviews or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Axiom E Motos a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use submitted reviews and product-related content for operating and promoting the store, unless prohibited by law.

Prohibited Conduct
